Liz Ordway is an artist and writer in Oakland, California. 

She holds a BS in Visual Communication and Design from 

San Francisco State University, an MFA in Studio Arts & an MA in Visual and Critical Studies from California College of the Arts. 

Her work focuses on contributing to the visual field of fat studies 

with a blended analog and digital practice of 

photography, illustration, fiber studies, embroidery, 

sculpture & experimental printing. 

On behalf of fragmented bodies.  

Ones that have seen damage, separation and dissociation.
